Quotes. Website prices are estimates. Your price is confirmed in writing before we schedule.

Your responsibilities. You confirm you own the property or are authorized to have work done, and that the install complies with any HOA rules. USPS recommends contacting your local post office before installing a curbside mailbox.

Digging. For new posts we request Texas 811 utility locates. Private lines (sprinklers, lighting, pet fences) are not marked by 811; tell us where they are.

Products. Mailboxes and posts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Our workmanship terms will be stated on your invoice.

Scheduling. We may reschedule for weather, locate delays, or site conditions.
