How it works

1. Send a request. Use the booking form. A photo of your current mailbox and post helps us quote accurately.
2. Check HOA rules. If you have an HOA, check its mailbox rules. We can send product specs.
3. We confirm. We reply to confirm your package, price and install date.
4. Utility locates. For Complete Installs we request Texas 811 locates and wait for the all-clear before digging.
5. Install day. We remove the old box (and post, for Complete Installs), set the new one at USPS-guidance height and setback, and haul away the old hardware.
6. Keys. You get all three keys. Let concrete cure as directed before leaning on the post.
